
Hello there, David of DLTC Daily here. I have noticed lately that customer service is not what it use to be. The larger the company, the worse the service seems to be. I have nothing against foreign people but sometimes it is very hard to understand them. I know I do not speak perfect English but good enough to communicate. The big companies seem to be outsourcing customer service to places like India. That seems to be where the communication gap is. Well I will not get into it to much.
