Help me David.  I need money!

I hear that a lot these day.  What hurts me the most, is that most of these people have been working at their jobs for 5 years or more.  Most a lot longer.  At 5 years of being on a job, you start to feel a little safe with your job.  Well in today's economy, no store front business is safe unless you deal with something that people must consume or use.  Then it has to be managed right.

So a lot of people are looking for that extra income by getting that extra job.  Their hours have been cut or their job is going to be eliminated.  Now it is not easy going to start a new job. First you have to find one if you are lucky.  You really do not want to work another job for someone else but what do you do?  You would rather be at home or doing something else but you need money.

The last thing I will leave you with is this.  Affiliate and Network Marketing allows you to build your own wealth, rather than build it for someone else.  You are a business owner.  You get tax benefits.  You set your own work schedule.  You get great training.  You also get support from other people in the industry.  See we want you to succeed and earn the most you can.  We want you and your Team to earn as much as you want.  You are not limited as to what you can make.  The people who really work hard and give it at least one year.  They make a good living.  In 5 years of hard work and commitment, you can really put yourself on the right path for life.  It will be a little work at that point to collect a lot of money and you will be doing it on auto pilot.

Free vs Paid Affiliate Programs?

Which is better for you, a free affiliate program or a paid one? Well that depends if you have ever worked in affiliate or network marketing before. There are some great free affiliate programs out there and most of them offer some kind of upgrade.

Now here is the deal with the upgrades, if you are planning on really working the program and want to maximize your income earning potential? then you will want to upgrade to a higher level. You can earn your way there but a lot of them offer you a chance to pay something and upgrade. The upgraded level pays you more commissions and generally goes further down your downline or matrix.

That is not to say that you cannot make any money at the free level. You most certainly can. The commissions are lower for a free affiliate and generally only goes one or two levels deep. Hey for free I would not be to picky. If it starts working like you want it to? then upgrade it. You can always cancel it.

The secret to any program is to plug into it. The excellent free training, the conference call's, the webinar's and so on. Send your prospects to them, get on the 3 way calls. You must plug in and spread the word to make any money. If someone says no, just thank them for their time and move on to the next one. There are enough yes's out there. You must get through the no's to get to the yes's. If you don't ask anyone, you will never know if they like it or need it?

Self Confidence. Do you have it?

Hello everyone. David McBrayer here of Team DLTC. As you know if you have read my blogs, and if you are new? I will let you know that I am in Affiliate / Network Marketing. To be any good at network marketing, you need to have some self confidence. If 3 people tell you no and it scares you off? Well then, network marketing is not for you. I hate to be so blunt but that is what it takes sometimes. I am not ever going to tell you that network marketing is not work. It takes a lot of work to really make it. These days, they do have some automated software that call really help you out. Some of it is expensive though. It is worth it but pretty expensive.

Now back to what you need to succeed in anything you do in life. Self confidence. If you don't have it? Well that is a hurdle that you can over come. Just like anything else, you can train yourself in it. The bottom line is, if you want to truly build your wealth? you will need to be in some kind of sales or have the next great invention or have that great education and then you are one of the rare few that actually make $150k or you need to inherit it. Those are kind of your choice? OH yeah you can marry into it but I consider that inheriting it. LOL. Now that you have you choices? just mark off the ones that do not apply to you and you have your options.

Now affiliate marketing is sales. The big key is how you approach it and that can be the difference. For example: I am an affiliate with MPB Today. An innovated home grocery delivery company. MPB Today is the marketing arm of Southeastern Delivery. They actually delivery the groceries. We go out and find the retail customers and affiliates to join the company. Now to me I do not consider this selling something. I consider it telling people about a program that can totally eliminate their gasoline and grocery bills. Plus earn them a steady stream of income. If they see the program and the undeniable benefits, they can join us. So to me, I am just showing someone a program and not carrying a case of juice or a Kirby Vacuum to the door to sell them. I just walk up to someone and ask them " Would you like to learn how to totally eliminate your gas & grocery bills?" When they say yes, I hand them a business card and tell them " The information you need is on the web site. Then please call me with any questions you may have before we get you going." That is it. Now how hard was that? Can you do that? The web site does the work for you!

In closing, I will give you a nice link at the end for you to check out. It is about self confidence and how to build it? Do you want to let your whole life pass you by without having the things you wanted in life? They do cost money right? If your financial situation is in dire need of some oxygen and much needed help? I would strongly advise you to do 2 things and do them as soon as possible. One is to build your self confidence, as it will change your whole life for the better. Two, is learn about network marketing and the power it brings to the table. Do not listen to the people that have tried one or two programs, only to drop out 3 months later. They never knew what they were doing in the first place. They failed. Not the program. Talk to leaders in the industry. Read the reviews. Talk to your friends that are in network marketing and making it work for them. You will notice they all have self confidence. People who really want what it takes to make it in life? will learn the self confidence and tools it takes to get it done. Self Confidence. Do you have it?

Some of the benefits of network marketing.

Hello everyone, David McBrayer here. I just wanted to share some of my thoughts on the benefits of network marketing. I started in network marketing back in the late 1970's. One of the main things that drove me toward network marketing was the setting your own schedule. I must say, being able to just lounge around in shorts and a tee shirt and work online is pretty sweet. Now I am not saying I do not work. Quite the opposite. I work a lot of hours. What I am saying is I can do it whenever I feel like it. Whatever hours suit my day. Plus I can dress however I want when I am working at home. I really like those benefits myself. Not to mention I have no drive time. I walk into the next room and I am at work. With today's smart phones you can work at the beach. Easier than with a laptop.

Now I have not even mentioned the family time. Your kids need to be somewhere at a certain time. No problem and no need to call the boss to ask them, because that is you. Plus it is a great way to teach your kids about business and responsibility. Also a great way to get the family involved in your business. I mean they tell Billy who tells his mom, who calls your mom to find out what she is doing to get free Walmart cards. Networking at its best. Look at the amount of younger people making money online. Not only making it but making big money.

Another amazing benefit of network marketing, is if you get with the right company at the right time, you can make some awesome money in just 3 to 5 years. Way more than you can working for someone else. Another great benefit is the fact that you are building your own wealth using your knowledge, time and efforts. You build a team and work together to build an organization. Everyone has the same chance to earn what everyone else does. The people that put the time and effort in are the one's getting paid.

The sweet part is, you can earn more income on the efforts of how well your team does. It is not just your time and efforts you earn off of. Do you get that at your regular job? When someone has a great day, do you get more money for it? or the same $10 an hour? Network marketing has changed a lot over the past 5 to 10 years. There have been some great compensation plans come out that give the affiliates the ability to earn money very quickly. It use to take a long time to make $100.00. Now you can make that daily, plus some. Much more actually.

With people losing their jobs and the hours getting cut back. People are looking for something else to do for money but they keep their eyes shut to network marketing because of two main reasons I think. First off they know absolutely nothing about it and secondly, what they do know, they have heard from someone who has tried it and failed at it. Not someone who has been in network marketing for any length of time and actually made money at it. Does that sound smart? You really should spend some time and educate yourself on network marketing. It has been around for a mighty long time. It is now being taught at colleges as a credited course where you can earn a degree. Almost all major companies have a form of affiliate marketing. It is just word of mouth advertising and it is a great deal for both the company and the individual.

He talks about business in general and then does an interview with Dr. Charles King a Harvard PHD that teaches network marketing. Tim will give you some information on leveraging. Which it the true way to build one's wealth. I always thought it was better to have more than myself to help build my wealth? That if I could show others how I do it and teach them how to do it and teach others how to do it. The cycle goes on. Word of mouth advertising is the best advertising in the world.
